There was a regular meeting of
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tully on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at
7:00pm in the Municipal Building.

Mayor
Greenwood led the Pledge of Allegiance and called the meeting to order at 7:01pm.
Upon motion of Trustee Poellot,
2nd by Trustee Flaherty it was unanimous to approve the minutes from
the January 7, 2014 meeting.
Public Comment
Budget:
Upon motion by Trustee Flaherty,
2nd by Trustee Poellot it was unanimous to schedule a budget
workshop February 26, 2014 at 7 pm, and March 12 , 2014 at 7:30 pm. The Board will also deal with any other
Village business that is brought to its attention.
DPW
Raw sewage pump repair: The Board determined that the $4,000.00
needed to repair the backup pump was too expensive.
2-way radios: $1,600.00 was allotted in the 2013-2014
budget for the addition of 2 updated 2 –way radios.
Water system service survey: The survey found 4 service leaks. Two are the home owners’ responsibility, the
other two are as yet undetermined who is responsible. DPW will investigate as soon as weather
permits. The property line to the house is the property owner’s responsibility. Four hydrants were found to be leaking
slightly. We will put monies aside in
the 2014-2015 budget to replace two.
Training Report: Crew received practice in thawing frozen
underground pipes, leak detection, and sampling that is only required annually.
Maintenance Report: No issues at this time

Engineer
Ken Teter is
finalizing the grant. The Village’s
portion is completed.
Code Enforcement
No report
Unfinished Business
Election paperwork will be
completed at the budget meeting.
Paperwork must be in by February 10th, 2014.

Upon motion of Trustee Poellot, 2nd
by Trustee Yonko it was unanimous to audit and pay bills.
Upon motion of Trustee Flaherty,
2nd by Trustee Yonko it was unanimous to adjourn at 7:36pm
