Public Comment
DPW
East Pit Meter: There is now a leak in the east
pit. Harold has had two more plumbers
look at it and neither wants to work on it.
At some point the Village will have to terminate water to those outside
users unless the problem is corrected.
It is the outside users responsibility to contract and pay for the
repairs.
450 Dump Truck Tires: Upon motion by Trustee Flaherty
2nd by Trustee Yonko, it was unanimous to accept the state bid on 6 Goodyear
tires from Commercial Truck Tire for $1,936.86.
DEC Inspection: Everything looked good at the
WWTP. There was a recommendation to
purchase a generator, which the Village is in the process of saving for.
The DEC is requesting an engineering report to issue a land
spreading permit. Harold will contact
Paul Sheneman.

Everything looks good. Clean-up
day is scheduled for October 11, 2014.
Training Report:
nothing new

54 State Street:
Codes will look into contacting the owner about mowing the lawn and
general upkeep.
Tully Ag: at
intermittent times there is an odor coming from Tully Ag which various
residents have complained about. Ralph
cannot locate the smell. It may be from
the unloading of the train cars. Ralph
