Regular Meeting
There was a regular meeting of
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tully on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at
7:00pm in the Municipal Building.

Pledge of
Allegiance/Call to Order
Mayor Greenwood
led the Pledge of Allegiance and called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
Motion was made by Trustee Flaherty,
2nd by Trustee Yonko to approve the minutes for the November 5, 2014. Ayes carried.
Mayor Greenwood abstained.
Upon motion by Trustee Poellot,
2nd by Trustee Vernay it was unanimous to accept the treasurer’s
report, subject to audit.
Upon motion by Trustee Vernay, 2nd
by Trustee Poellot it was unanimous to approve the transfers.
Public Comment
Upon motion
by Trustee Vernay, 2nd by Trustee Flaherty it was unanimous to
appoint Michael Bridenbaker to another term on the Board of Fire Commissioners.
DPW
East pit meter: Both parties have paid for the repair of the
pit meter. DPW is awaiting signatures on
the contract.
Upon motion by Trustee Poellot,
2nd by Trustee Vernay it was unanimous to authorize the Mayor and/or
Clerk to sign the contract on behalf of the Village.
LRS: The DPW will work with Ron Birdsall to finish
the work left undone by LRS in front of the school. The DPW will check with the Engineer about
“as builts”.
Health Department: A letter was received from the health
department applauding the Village on their commitment to providing the
community with fluoridated water.
Training Report: Mike and
Rich have been assisting in locating water mains and shut offs in preparation
of the infrastructure work that will commence in 2015.
Maintenance Report: no major items

Counsel:
Counsel has sent out a Facility Use
.Application form for review. It will be
discussed further at the January meeting.
Engineer:
The surveyors are finishing up their
work for the 2015 water project
New Business:
The Village is looking for two
people to become members of the Joint Planning Board, which is working on a
comprehensive plan for the Town and Village.
Please contact a board member or the village office if you are
interested.
Eric Knaus would like to
purchase 30-50 acres of woodland from the Village. Counsel will research the steps the Village
would need to take if they wish to sell it.
Public Comment
Audit Bills
Upon motion
by Trustee Poellot, 2nd by Trustee Flaherty, it was unanimous to
review and authorize the accountant to pay the bills, subject to audit.
Upon motion
of Trustee Flaherty, 2nd by Trustee Vernay it was unanimous to
adjourn at 7:30pm.
