Public Comment:

The Lego League representative stopped in to give the Board a list of the people who have keys to the Precinct.  They also requested the Precinct every Monday thru Thursday.  The Girl Scouts have the building the 2nd Friday of each month.  Village office is waiting for a completed application to be submitted. Upon motion by Trustee Poellot, 2nd by Trustee Vernay it was unanimous to require $50.00 as a “deposit” fee for the use of the building and to cover any damages or expenses.

Hopefully the Lego League will be able to get liability coverage under the Lego National League, if not other avenues will be explored.

Jim Pulaski contested the meter reading from the last billing cycle.  The meter will be pulled and sent out for testing.  If the meter is found to be faulty the Village will cover the cost of testing.  If the meter is in good shape the resident will cover the cost of testing. ($50.00).  The clerk will average the past water charges and bill the resident that amount.  The Board should have an answer by the December 7th, 2016 meeting.

DPW:

Tully Hill:  Tully Hill had a major water leak over the weekend.  Tully Hill is also building a new booster station.  Harold, Ken, Tully Hill and the Health Department are working out the kinks.

Christmas Decorations:  The decorations that the Village wanted are sold out, so we will wait for next year.

Water Project:  Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1pm there will be a meeting at the Municipal Building with Rural Development.
